SHIPPING

  1. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. Standard orders within the continental USA are shipped via FedEx Ground.
  3. Orders can be sent FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day for an additional charge.
  4. Salon furniture is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Allow 7-10 days for shipping.
  5. International orders will be shipped via FedEx, US Postal Service or International Freight Forwarder.
  6. Products classified as hazardous and/or flammable may be subject to additional regulations and handling fees when shipped by air or sea.

RETURNS

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased, simply contact us for return authorization and send it back to us within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Electronic appliances are subject to manufacturer warranty.
  3. There are no returns on special order items or items drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  4. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned merchandise. In the event that Premier Nail Source is at fault, customer will be credited for all shipping costs incurred.


EXPORT ORDERS
All export orders must be paid in advance by Credit Card, Bank Cashier's Check, or International Wire Transfer (call for routing information).
Many professional brands, including CND, cannot be shipped outside the United States.
